The latest version of DragonDMS includes an integration with GSF Parts to easily create part orders. UTM Tracking information is now available for those with a Dragon Hosted website and a brand new integration with Scalevoice is coming soon.
GSF Parts Integration
Dealers that have an account with GSF parts, can now integrate their account with DragonDMS and benefit from the automatic creation of parts quotes, and orders directly from an Estimate, Booking or Service record.
To link your account, just email support@dragon2000.co.uk with your GSF Account number (this can be accessed by logging into your GSF Account) and we will enable this feature.

ScaleVoice
A brand new integration with ScaleVoice is coming soon for workshop bookings. The ScaleVoice virtual assistant can take booking details, update existing bookings or take details of any cancellations. All of this information is automatically uploaded into the DragonDMS saving you time.
This service can be used for out of hours or overflow calls to ensure no call goes unanswered.

Parts Orders – VAT Rounding
When creating a Parts Order in DragonDMS, if the VAT on your supplier’s invoice doesn’t match the VAT calculated in the parts order, you can now add a VAT adjustment so the figures match. A new setting has also been added to control who can use this feature

UTM tracking
Dealers with a Dragon2000 hosted website can benefit from enabling UTM tracking (Urchin Tracking Module) to see where traffic on your website is coming from.
UTM can be used to track email campaigns, 3rd party advertiser referrals and other 3rd parties taking people to your website. UTM tracking can include tags for source, medium, campaign, term and Content.
This is a feature that we can offer to dealers who have a Dragon2000 hosted website. If you want to get UTM tracking enabled, email support@dragon2000.co.uk
Once enabled you can run various enquiry reports, which when exported to CSV will include all the UTM tracking tags.
- CRM Enquiries Overview – Details – shows all enquires received over a period.
- Enquiries – Agreed Sales – shows all enquiries that have been converted to a sale over a period.
- Enquiries – Lost Sales – show all enquires that have been marked as lost sale over a period.
