View parts assigned to a task
Items assigned to labour lines can be viewed within the workshop app by clicking on View Items Assigned to Task.
In DragonDMS components on the job can be allocated to a labour line (this can include stock parts, non stock parts, stock oils, non stock oils and extras). Once allocated to the labour the line the technicians can then view the list of items from within the task on the Workshop app.
There is an option for the technicians to mark that the item has been fitted, this will update the part on the job in DragonDMS to show the part has been fitted.
Condition Reports
New condition report layouts have been added for Motorbikes, Motorhomes and HGV’s
We have added the option to capture a customers digital signature at the end of a Condition Report.
Other Improvements
Link to a VHC from a task
You can now link to a VHC (Vehicle Heath Check) directly from a task, the VHC will open with all the vehicle details already entered, saving you time.
Add multiple images to a task comment
Technicians can now add images to comments that they add to tasks, the comments and photos will be linked to the labour line within DragonDMS.
Easily reassign tasks from one technician to another
You can now reassign tasks from one technician to another from within the Advisor section of the Workshop app.
