Job Card
To view the Job Card details, tap on the More Actions for the relevant job and select View Job Card Details. This will display the job card details, the brief description and also a list of all tasks (labour lines) on the job.
Users with Advisor rights will be able to edit both the job card details and brief description.
Task Details
Additional details can be viewed for each task by tapping More Actions, and selecting View Task Details.
Users with Advisor rights have the option to edit the task details on this screen.
Adding Comments
Comments can be viewed and added to assigned tasks, all comments are date and time stamped.
Technicians can make use of the speech to text feature on most mobile devices rathe than type in their comments.
Comments added in the app are visible on the labour line in DragonDMS as soon as the comment has been submitted.
History
The History tab will show all clockings that have been carried out on this task, and any in progress clockings.
