Whenever the Vehicle Details, Advertising Text, Features, Photos, or Technical Details are amended in a Vehicle Record within DragonDMS, the information in the advert will be updated once the vehicle record has been closed and saved.
If you have a Dragon2000 hosted website, these changes will be automatically uploaded to your website. For any feeds to a third party advertiser, the advert will be updated when the next feed is sent.
How to Remove a Vehicle from your Website or Advertising Feed
To remove a single vehicle from your website, within the DragonDMS go to the relevant Vehicle Record and click on Advertising > Overview and un-tick the Advertise on My Website box. Once you have done this, close the Vehicle Record and refresh your website in your internet browser – the vehicle will then be removed from your website.
To remove a single vehicle from a third party advertising feed, within the relevant vehicle record click on Advertising > Overview > Sites and untick the sites you no longer wish to advertise the vehicle on.
To remove multiple vehicles at once from your website or a specific online advertiser, within the DragonDMS go to either New Vehicles or Used Vehicles and click on Advertising. Select the vehicles from the right-hand column that you wish to remove, select the advertiser from the Select Advertiser dropdown list and click the Remove from Advertiser Selection button as shown below.

You can also set a vehicle to be removed from your website automatically if certain actions are made within the DragonDMS, for example:
Action (in the DragonDMS) = Sales Invoice is printed for a vehicle Reaction (on your website) = Remove vehicle from website
