Dragon Portal now has a dedicated AutoTrader Advertising Screen which displays your AutoTrader Quota showing how many vehicles are published, capped or not published. In addition, each vehicle displays the AutoTrader Status, Price Indicator along with other information about your AutoTrader advert.
AutoTrader Quota
The AutoTrader quota for each DID is retrieved each morning and displayed at the top of the screen. For dealers who have multiple DID’s the screen will default to showing the total figures across all DID’s. To view quotas for an individual DID, use the AutoTrader DID dropdown.
Additional AutoTrader Advert Information
Each vehicle that has been published on AutoTrader will display the AutoTrader Status (Published, Capped, Not Published), the AutoTrader Price Indicator (Great, Good, Fair, Low etc) as well as the following data:
- Views yesterday
- Views last week
- Searches yesterday
- Searches last week
- AutoTrader Retail, Trade and Part Exchange Valuations
This information can be viewed as columns of data on the screen, or from within the vehicle record within the Overview tab.
Editing Advert Price
From within the AutoTrader screen, click on a vehicle record and the Edit Advert Price screen will be displayed. On the screen is key information required to assist in your decision to change the advert price.
Enter the new price into the New Advert Price box, then click Save and Update.
For dealers who have multiple AutoTrader DIDs, vehicles can be easily moved by changing the Branch of the vehicle and then clicking Save and Update.
