Letterhead / Artwork

Information on how to change, update and view your Artwork / Letterhead.

When you sign up to Dragon2000, you will be asked to provide your company artwork. This will be used to create your Letterhead for any customer facing documents that are printed from the DragonDMS.

How do I make changes to my artwork?

Any changes to your company letterhead / artwork need to be made by our Support Team. Once the changes have been made, these will be uploaded to your DMS.

Any changes need to be emailed to support@dragon2000.co.uk

What do I do if my artwork is blank?

If you have supplied your details to us, but the artwork on your invoices is blank, this will need to be re-uploaded to your DMS by our Support Team.

Can I print blank documents with my letterhead at the top?

Yes. This can be done from within the DMS by going to Reports > General > Contacts > Letterhead.  This will print a blank document with your company artwork at the top.

Can I print compliment slips from Dragon?

Yes. This can be done from within the DMS by going to Reports > General > Contacts > Compliment Slips.

3 slips will be printed per A4 sheet and can be cut as required.

Can my DMS have multiple artworks for invoicing?

Yes. If your company has multiple different artwork for invoicing purposes, these can be set up in your DMS. The details for each artwork will need to be sent to the Support Team to create and upload for you.
