If you have lots of Service Records in your DragonDMS and find it is taking a long time to load when you click into the Service module, you can turn off the Menu Counts to improve the speed.
Disabling Menu Counts
To do this go to Settings > Service > Settings > Menu and select your preferred option under Disable Menu Counts – Speed Improvement section.
