Getting Started with the Workshop App

Dragon 2000 Workshop App

The Workshop App been designed as a mobile tool that is linked to your DragonDMS. It allows job tasks to be allocated to technicians creating a task list for each technician which they can clock on and off. Technician clockings and comments can be added via the app and appear in real time in DragonDMS.

Service Advisors can use the app to assign and order technicians task lists, view technicians current activity, and receive notifications when technicians go over the allocated time, and when jobs have been marked as complete. Additional tasks can be created and allocated to technicians by Advisors within the Workshop app.

Technicians can also use the Workshop app to carry out comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks and Condition Reports, all without the need to be sitting in front of a computer.

Each technician will require a separate devise to log into the Workshop App. The Workshop app can be run on either Apple or Android mobile phones or tablets.

A good WiFi, 3G or 4G connection is required to use the Workshop app.
