  • Jobs are colour coded based on the service status of the job.
  • New bookings can be created directly in Workshop Loading.

Contact Transaction log

In a contact record the log of transactions has been improved to more clearly show the values outstanding against each Invoice.

The invoice will always show in the log, any related transactions (refunds, credits, payments, part exchanges or finance) will then show when you click on the + symbol.

Transactions values will now show as debits and credits.

Purchasing Vehicles with Outstanding Finance

Following feedback from our users we are changing the way we post the purchase of vehicle with outstanding finance to Sage50. For more information click here.

New Settings

Default labour line – There is now a setting to have a default labour line on all new bookings / service jobs that are created. Users of the Workshop app may find this useful to allow jobs to be clocked onto using this default line, at the point of invoicing the labour line description can be edited and the clocking’s will remain.

Settings > Service > Settings > Record Creation > Create Default Labour Line

Prevent invoicing jobs where hours taken exceeds hours being charged – This is a new setting the will stop users from being able to invoice jobs if the hours taken exceeds the hours to be invoiced. Only users who have permission to override this will be able to invoice off these jobs.

Settings > Service > Settings > Invoices > Invoice Options – Prevent printing if job hours exceeds hours charged.

New columns in Service lists

We have added the option to show Service Department, Received Date and Key Number in your list of services in progress. preview

To add new columns to your list of services in progress, right click on any column heading, a list of columns will be displayed. Drag and drop the column(s) you require into the list of vehicles in progress.

Other resolved issues

  • Account status added as a filter to CRM Mailshots
  • Option to remove contact from MOT and Service follow-ups independently
  • Order parts using VOR pricing
  • Updating labour rate on open estimates
