DragonDMS 2023 – January 2023

New DragonDMS features for 2023 include the Stripe integration & online parts sales, improved Workshop app and a new parts Stocklister app.

New Products/Integrations

Stripe Integration

Dealers can now sign up to Stripe through Dragon2000 enabling them to take online and in person card payments which integrate into their DragonDMS.

Dealers can send customers payment links directly from their DragonDMS allowing customers to make online payments for a deposit on a vehicle, or to pay parts or service invoices.

Dealers who have a Dragon2000 hosted website will also benefit from being able to take online vehicle deposits from their website at any time, night or day.

Service advisors will be able to email service invoices along with a payment link allowing customers to pay for their service jobs prior to collecting their vehicles.

Payments will be integrated into their DragonDMS system, for dealers who use our Sage integration these payments and the related Stripe Payouts are then fully integrated within our Sage Integration.

A new Stripe Dashboard will allow users to keep track of all payments, refunds and payouts made via Stripe.

The video below shows all the features of the new Stripe Integration.

Online Parts Sales

Dealers who have a Dragon2000 hosted website can have their own online store to sell parts directly from their stock in DragonDMS.

The items are categorised in the online store, with features such as upselling and cross selling products to help increase customer spend.

The stripe integrations allows online payment to be taken and the resulting online order is them integrated into your DragonDMS as a pending parts invoice awaiting fulfilment and dispatch.

The video below gives an overview of the online sales feature.
