New DragonDMS features for 2021 include the Auto Trader Live feed, digital signature integrations, plus Facebook Catalog and Google Merchant feeds.

Auto Trader Live Feed
Dealers can now edit a vehicle record and see their changes live on Auto Trader instantly, with updates sent across from the DragonDMS every 60 seconds.

Auto Trader Specification
The DragonDMS can now return standard vehicle specification using Auto Trader data, with the ability to also select non-standard vehicle options. If subscribing to the Auto Trader Live feed, this Specification lookup feature is included. Alternatively, this feature can be used separately with pre-purchased credits to use on an individual basis when creating vehicle records in the DragonDMS.
Auto Trader Valuations
Auto Trader Valuations provide dealers with a current adjusted value for a vehicle, reflecting any added non-standard specification. The DragonDMS will also return Auto Trader’s “AT Retail Rating” to the vehicle record, which is based on the latest buyer demand and market supply to assist dealers with their pricing decisions. If subscribing to the Auto Trader Live feed, this Valuation feature is included. Alternatively, this feature can be used separately with pre-purchased credits to use on an individual basis.
E-Sign Signature Integration
Digital Signatures can now be carried out from within the DragonDMS using E-Sign to send and receive customer order forms and vehicle invoices. The DragonDMS will record that the form has been sent, and this is automatically updated to show when it has been signed by the customer. Dealers now have a choice of two providers, with the new E-Sign integration being added in addition to the DocuSign integration, which was announced in June 2020.

Facebook Catalog and Google Merchant Feeds
The DragonDMS can now send feeds that power your Facebook Catalog and Google Merchant advertising campaigns, allowing you to easily showcase your vehicles on two of the internet’s most popular websites. Contact our sales team if you are interested in this feature.
