DragonDMS – September 2016

New DragonDMS features including new reports, mandatory field settings, saving stock oils to templates created from estimates and much more

New features:

  • There is a new Vehicle Sales report that includes information on who purchased the vehicle. It is called ‘Sales Report – Purchased By’
  • Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) warranties within a Vehicle Record can be saved for you to use another time
  • ‘Daily Sales Totals’ report now has separate filter options for Credit Number and Invoice Number
  • Technician’s times are now added on to the Labour of a Booking and are also included in the ‘Daily Hours Log‘ report

Improvements:

  • ‘Inspection Next Due’ can now be marked as a Mandatory Field in the Vehicle Sales settings
  • ‘Stand in Value’ can now be added as a column in the Stock and Reserved Vehicles menu lists
  • Part Exchange records now show the ‘Outstanding Finance’ amount after they have been added to an existing vehicle
  • Countries are now sorted by alphabetical order from within the drop-down box in a Contact Record
  • ‘Balance Payment’ is now displayed on Service Proforma Invoices
  • Commas no longer display in addresses during a Postcode Lookup
  • The memo box on a printed Parts Invoice can now display more information
  • Stock Oils will now be saved on to Templates you create from an Estimate
  • Nominal Codes are now listed by numerical order in the Extras and Costs  drop-down box in Sales and Service
  • ‘Vehicle Make’ can now be up to 50 characters long in Sales and Service
