DragonDMS – August 2016

New DragonDMS features including the ability to email videos recorded in Dragon APPraise,  new CAP Commercial Values and much more

New features:

  • Ability to email VHC and Sales Videos (taken via the APPraise app)
  • You can now look up the CAP Standard Specification of a vehicle:
    • CAP Standard Spec can be used on your Dragon2000 hosted website
    • There is an option in Vehicle Settings to automatically retrieve CAP Standard Specification each time you create a vehicle
  • CAP Commercial Values are now available
  • Separate user permissions for CAP values in Employee Access Rights
  • New ‘Work In Progress’ report that will match the WIP figure in Sage

Improvements:

  • You can now receive multiple bookings into the Workshop from the Booking Diary
  • Service History & Logbook columns are now selectable on the Vehicles in Stock menu.
  • Location column is now selectable on the Sold Vehicles menu
  • There is now the ability to delete a Car Sales Supplementary Invoice
  • The value of Deposits on Services and Bookings can be more than the total value of the Service or Booking
  • Recording a Vehicle Interest will ask you if you wish to create an Enquiry Record for that contact. Double clicking the ‘Recorded Interest’ will open the Prospects Record
  • You can now print off Silent Salesman reports from within a Vehicle Record
  • When the Stock Check Report is grouped by Location, it will then be ordered by Part Number
  • You can now cancel the Auto Log Out
  • The Tyres and Brakes section will only show on the VHC Report if they were included on the VHC.
  • You can now add an MOT Retest for £0.00
  • Advisories will now show on the Restorers Invoice without having to add Labour
  • You can now select ‘Chaps’ on the Vehicle Purchase Invoice
  • Service Efficiency Tech reports now go off invoice date rather than received date
  • ‘All Prospect Records’ is now the default menu to be loaded when you open Car Sales CRM
  • The Parts Order and Back Order creation screens now include the Source column
