This release of Dragon2000 Portal contains the following new features: AutoTrader Price Indicator Slider, Digital Signatures, Aviloo Battery Health Integration, Lead Pipeline Board, DVSA Information, a number of improvements and small bug fixes.
AutoTrader Price Indicator Slider
When adding a vehicle into stock, you will see the pricing used by AutoTrader to determine the price indicator bands for the vehicle.

Use the slider to set your Advert price, or to maximise the price you ask for the vehicle, while still keeping within a specific band, click on the upper price of the band.
Digital Signatures
Dragon2000 Portal now supports sending Vehicle Sales Order Forms & Vehicle Sales Invoices as digital forms via our Signable integration. Customers will receive these documents for electronic signing directly from Dragon2000 Portal.
Dealers can attached their own documents to the digital envelope and add their own branding.

Both the customer and the dealer will receive an email with a copy of the signed forms.

AVILOO Battery Health Integration
Car dealers that sell electric vehicles can signup to AVILOO through MotorCheck, allowing them to quickly and reliably check the condition of their EV and PHEV stock.
Dealers simply plug AVILOO’s battery checker unit directly into their car on the forecourt. The test takes just 3 minutes to complete, and generates a certificate detailing the battery health. This document can be uploaded to the vehicle record in Dragon2000 Portal.
Car dealers with a website powered by Dragon2000, who take up this service will be able to advertise the battery health of their electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles online, allowing dealers to increase trust with prospective buyers who are searching for an electric car.

Lead Pipeline
A new Kanban-style board for managing sales leads has been added to the dashboard, designed to visualise your sales pipeline.
The Lead Pipeline provides a single point of access to view and manage all leads within a selected time period. Rather than navigating into each lead individually, you can now see your entire pipeline at a glance and progress leads through each stage.

Enquiry Cards – Each lead is displayed as an expandable card showing, customer name, days active, number of deals & average deal size and a quick link to the full enquiry.
Pipeline Stages – Drag and drop cards between the open stages (New Enquiry, Contacted & Test Drive).
The following stages are locked and require action within the lead: Agreed Sale, Converted to Sale, and Lost Sale.
DVSA Information
All Dealers are now setup for our automated MOT update service, in addition a new DVSA Information section has been added to the overview within vehicle records, providing the current MOT due date, Recall status and a link to view the full MOT & recall history.
