This release of Dragon2000 Portal has a number of great new features; Improved Lead Management, Compliance tracking, Deal review process, Clover payment integration, and an Improved Dashboard, as well as many improvements to the vehicle record details, menu layouts and many small bug fixes.
Lead Management Improvements
Lead Stage Tracking – Each new lead that is created will display a lead stage which indicates how the lead is progressing through the lead management process. The lead stages are: New Enquiry, Contacted, Test Drive, Agreed Sale, Converted to Sale or Lost Sale.
Lead Updates – Within each lead record is a log of key activities that have been carried out in the lead. Each activity is date/time stamped.
Lead Compliance Tasks – Dealers can setup default compliance tasks that must be actioned on all leads. The following pre-set compliance tasks have been created:
Initial Disclosure Documents, Terms & Conditions, Finance Demands & Needs, and Updated GDPR Consent.
Dealers who wish to email the documents from Dragon2000 Portal will be required to setup the Email Integration.

Deals
Deals can be created within a lead record, allowing sales executives to build a deal for an existing stock vehicle, adding Warranties, Extras, and Part Exchange vehicles. The deals can then be sent to Sales Managers for approval. Dealers with the Codeweavers Finance integration can then view Finance options before agreeing the sale.

Improved Dashboard
The dashboard layout has been improved to show more information on follow-up activities. All of a sales executive’s Open leads are listed, along with a Lead Pipeline showing the value of open deals. A Sales Diary has been added, along with 2 new tabs, one for Vehicle Funding, the other for Stats.
Sales Diary
A sales diary has been added to the Dashboard, follow ups can be added to the sales diary, diary events can be colour coded by type, and the diary can be filtered by event type and by sales executive.
Clover Integration
The payment integration with Clover has been added to Dragon2000 Portal, allowing dealers setup with Clover to take card payments through their Clover terminals and have the payment integrated to Dragon2000 Portal.
Dealers using Clover can also setup Payment links, allowing you to send a payment request to customers via text or email, the customer can then pay via the secure Clover gateway and the payment will be integrated to Dragon2000 Portal.
A new Clover Dashboard has been added for users to view all payments received via Clover and to process refunds back to cardholders if required.

NI Second Hand Motor Vehicle Payment Scheme
Dealers in Northern Ireland who purchase margin vehicles from the UK, can record the NI second hand motor scheme in Dragon2000 Portal.

Vehicle Record Improvements
CRM – new tab that displays vehicle Interests, Matches and Test Drives
Vehicle Funding – ability to record the deals of funder, amount and funding end date. This information is then displayed on the new Funding tab in the Dashboard.
Price History – log of all price changes made to the vehicle to either screen price or advert price, all entries are date stamped showing the price change and username.
Attaching Documents – multiple documents can be uploaded against a vehicle record, for dealers with a Dragon2000 hosted website, the documents can be marked to show on website, and they will appear in the vehicle details page of your site.
Menu Improvements
The amount of spacing between record rows on menus has been reduced to allow more records to be displayed on screen at once.

Improvements to customising columns on screens, and saving custom column orders.
