Manage Enquiries within Dragon APPraise

The CRM section of Dragon APPraise allows you to easily view your pending enquiries from prospective customers.  The CRM section will show you prospective customers who have enquired on your Dragon2000 hosted website, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace and Visitor Chat.

In order to view the enquires you will need to ensure that you have access to view Pending Enquiries. This can be done within your DragonDMS by going to Settings > Employees > Click on the relevant employee > Access Rights > Vehicle Sales and tick Can view Pending Enquiries.

The Unread overview page of the CRM section will show you the prospective customer’s name, the date and time of the enquiry and where the lead has come from (My Website, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace or Visitor Chat). If they have enquired about a specific vehicle, it will also show if there is a Vehicle Interest against the enquiry.

Clicking on the relevant enquiry will then show you the prospects contact information, any message details that the prospect has left, details of the vehicle they are interested in and any potential part exchange vehicles.

Clicking on the email or telephone number within the enquiry details will use your device to email or call the prospect.

You can move the enquiry from your Unread list to your Read list by clicking on Mark as Read.

Once the enquiry has been marked as read within APPraise, it can still be viewed in your DragonDMS within CRM > Vehicle Sales> Open Prospects > Pending Enquiries where you can create an enquiry record.
