From the menu options on the left hand side select Settings and then Users.
If any Users have already been created, a list of these will be displayed. Click on Add User to create a new record.
Enter a Name and Email Address for the user.
An email will be sent to the individual inviting them to log into Portal. The link will only be valid for 24 hours.
Clicking on the link in the email will take them to Portal, where they will be prompted to create a password. Once this has been done, their login will be created. Their user name will be the email address used to create the login.
From within Settings > Users, you can then select the user record to edit their access rights as applicable.
