Condition Reports

Condition Reports are date and time stamped and act as a record of the condition of the vehicle. These are useful records to keep when handing over / receiving back courtesy cars, and are good practice to do for all vehicles coming into the workshop.

The Workshop App will display a list of Bookings, Services and Courtesy Cars. Each list can be searched by vehicle registration, make, model or customer name.

Tap on the relevant vehicle and you will be presented with four vehicle layouts. Select the layout that is the closest match to the vehicle.

Condition

Work your way through each of the vehicle profiles (Nearside, Offside, Front, Rear & Top) tapping on the image and marking up the damage.

For each item you can select from one of the preset Damage Types and have the option of then entering the width and height of the damage, and/or grading the severity of the damage.

In addition, estimated repair costs, comments and photos can also be added to each item.

Other Items

Any internal items that you wish to record can be entered within the Other Section. Tap + New Detail and enter the description. Multiple photos can be added to each item.

Video

Multiple videos can be recorded and then stitched together when uploaded. Once you have multiple video clips recorded, you can change the order by dragging them up or down the list. The video will be stitched together in the order that you have selected. When you are happy with everything you have recorded, select Done.
