DragonDMS has an integration with Autodata, which lets users access vehicle specific service and repair times from within DragonDMS. For users of our Workshop app, Autodata fault codes are also available.

Repair times
When creating a booking, estimate, or service job, users can access Autodata repair times. This will list all vehicle specific service and repair times, allowing service advisors to quickly and accurately estimate labour times.
Fault codes
When carrying out a Vehicle Health Check (VHC) via the Workshop app there is an option to enter fault codes.
The fault code details along with possible causes will be saved within the VHC record and will be added to the job card details for technicians to view.
