Advisor Dashboard

The Service Advisor Dashboard gives an overview of all of the jobs in progress, jobs completed and tasks on the jobs that are currently unassigned.

You will only be able to access the Advisor section of the app if you have the relevant permission ticked with DragonDMS.

Assigning Tasks

Tasks can be assigned to Technicians within DragonDMS when the booking / service is created, or the task can be assigned within the Workshop App.

The Unassigned Tasks list will show any tasks (labour lines) that are on jobs in progress or bookings that have not been assigned to a Technician.

Select all of the tasks that you wish to assign to the Technician then tap Assign and select the Technician and tap Done.

Tasks can also be assigned from the Job Card in Progress list. Search for the job and tap to view all of the tasks then select the task and assign.

Task Order

Service Advisors can change the order that tasks are listed on the Technicians To Do List.

From the Advisor screen tap Task Order and select the Technician.

Tasks can be dragged up and down by tapping and holidng the 3 line icons on the right hand.

Tasked can be removed from the Techcnicians list by tapping Show More and tapping Remove Task. Ensure that you tap Save before leaving this screen to confirm the changes.

Notifications

Service Advisors will receive notifications when Technician’s clokcing’s have exceeded the estimated hours on the task.

Technician Overview

Service Advisors can easily see what Technicians are working on.  This is grouped into Idle (Technicians who are clokced in but not clocked onto a task), Behind Schedule, Clocked On, Non-Productive and Not Clocked In.

Tapping View will show the details.
