You can now advertise vehicles onto your Dragon hosted website and third-party advertisers straight from the Dragon APPraise App including uploading photos and adding the features of the vehicle.
How to Advertise your Vehicles from the APPraise App
From the Vehicle section, click on the relevant vehicle to be advertised and Vehicle Details. Select the Advertising section.
To edit the Advert Price and Advertising Text click on the pencil icon. Once you have entered the relevant information click on Done to save the details.
To select which sites you would like to advertise the vehicle on, scroll down and click Select Advertisers.
Scroll through the list and select the relevant sites. A blue tick will show next to the sites you have selected. Click Done once you have finished and a list of the advertisers selected will be displayed.
If you have selected to advertise on AutoTrader or eBay, you will have the option to Swipe Left to edit the options for these sites.
Click on Save in the top right hand corner to save the advertising details and close the vehicle record. The vehicle will then be uploaded to the relevant advertisers when the next feed is sent.
Advertising feeds are sent to the third-party advertisers at various stages throughout the day. For more information, on your DragonDMS select a vehicle record, click on the Advertising button and then Sites where a list of the third party advertisers will be displayed. Click on the plus icon to display the times the feed is sent for each advertiser.
Adding Images
From within the Vehicle Record and Vehicle Details section, click on Images.
If any images have already been uploaded via the Dragon APPraise App or your DragonDMS they will be displayed.
To add new images click on Add an Image. Selecting Camera will allow you take new images and selecting Library will allow you to select images that are already saved on your device. Tap and hold the image to remove it.
Once all of the images have been uploaded and saved, you will then be able to change the order of the photos by clicking on Reorder Images. Click Save once finished.
Standard Specification
If you have a subscription to CAP Standard Specification or Motorspecs Specification and they have been linked to your DragonDMS, the Specs feature will populate a list of standard equipment that is included for a specific vehicle. There is also the option to perform a Spec Lookup through Auto Trader which will retrieve both the standard and non standard options for the vehicle. There is an additional charge of 0.15p to use this feature.
If you want to delete any of these from the list, this can be done by swiping left and selecting the Remove option.
You also have option to add your own features by clicking on New Feature. This allows you to manually enter a feature description, price (if applicable) and select if this is an optional extra. Click Done to save. You can add as many features as required.
Once you have added your list of features, these can be removed or edited by swiping left on any of the features listed.
Click Save in the top right hand corner once you have finished adding your Specs and Features
** Please note that if you have already completed the Advertising section and selected the Advertisers for the vehicle, the Spec information will be added in the next advertising feed that is sent **
