To add a Part Exchange to a Vehicle Record, from within the Vehicle Record go to Invoicing > Part Exchange and click on Add Vehicle. Up to three part exchanges can be added to a Vehicle Record.
Once the vehicle or vehicles have been added you can update the Buying Price and add any Outstanding Finance on the vehicle if applicable.
Add a Current Vehicle as a Part Exchange
If a Customer is attached to the Vehicle Record, and they have Current Vehicles against them, when clicking Add Vehicle you will see the following message:
Click Yes and you will then see a list of Current Vehicles against that Customer. Select up to three of the Current Vehicles and click the Confirm button in the top right hand corner.
