An Action/Reaction is when something happens in the DragonDMS which, in turn, affects something on your website.
As mentioned in the Updating Existing Vehicle Information guide, if any of the information listed under Vehicle Details, Advertising Text, Features, Photos, or Technical Details within a Vehicle Record is changed, the website will be updated as soon as you close the Vehicle Record and refresh your website in your internet browser.
There are other actions such as adding a customer to Vehicle Record, taking a deposit for a vehicle or printing a sales invoice that cause reactions on your website.
All actions/reactions are customisable in Settings > Advertising > Action / Reaction
